Easy 7-Day Exchanges
Not the right size or colour? No problem. Exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery — simple, hassle-free, no questions asked. Please note we do not offer direct refunds.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds or payment reversals. All eligible requests are resolved through an exchange or store credit.
What Can Be Exchanged?
Eligible for Exchange
- Unused, unwashed items with original tags intact
- Items in their original packaging
- Products received in a damaged or defective condition
- Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
- Items with significant colour variation from product photos
Not Eligible
- Items that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned
- Items with removed tags or missing original packaging
- Customised or stitched products
- Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery date
- Accessories, blouses, or any free gifts
How to Exchange in 4 Steps
Initiate Your Exchange
Email us at exchange@qalbicouture.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and 1–2 photos of the item. Mention the size or colour you'd like instead. Or use the 'Track Order' page to raise an exchange request.
Pack the Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a slip of paper inside with your order number, name, and the item you'd like in exchange.
Ship It Back
We'll email you a return address. Ship via any reliable courier and keep the tracking number handy. Note: shipping costs for exchange are borne by you unless the exchange is due to our error.
New Item Dispatched
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we'll dispatch your replacement. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it's shipped — usually within 2 business days of approval.
Exchange Timeline
Can't find what you want? If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit valid for 6 months — use it on any future order, no pressure.
COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for cash refunds. Approved exchanges will be dispatched as a replacement order. Store credits will be issued where exchanges aren't possible.
Exchange FAQs
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer direct refunds. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges for a different size, colour, or product of equal value. In case of a damaged or wrong item, we dispatch a replacement immediately.
What if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?
If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we'll offer you a store credit valid for 6 months, which you can use on any future purchase at Qalbi Couture.
Can I exchange for a completely different product?
Yes! You can exchange for any other product of equal or higher value. If the new item costs more, you'll be asked to pay the difference. We do not refund the price difference if the new item costs less.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Do you offer free exchanges?
Exchange shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind requests. However, if you received a wrong or damaged item, we cover the shipping cost entirely on both ends.
Can I exchange an unstitched dress material after cutting it?
No. Once a fabric has been cut or stitched, it is no longer eligible for exchange. We recommend keeping the fabric intact until you're fully satisfied.
My exchange request is past 7 days — what can I do?
In exceptional cases (delays in delivery, festival periods, etc.), please write to us. We evaluate late exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
